Man sentenced to 3 years for burglary

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A judge sentenced a man for his role in a South Bend burglary that left the home-owner's sheepdog dead.
Brett Walker-Humphrey was sentenced to three years in jail Tuesday for the crime that happened back in November 2009.
His first trial ended in a hung jury.
Humphrey entered a plea deal into the case.
