ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – On Wednesday, November 11, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., Martin’s Super Market will be offering a free “Honor Meal” for active, retired and discharged U.S. military service veterans and reservists.

The meal-two pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, dinner roll, cookie and beverage-will be available to carry out or dine-in, as well as via drive-thru.

All 21 Martin’s Super Markets locations in Indiana and Michigan will be participating in this event.

Martin’s Super Market will also offer an 11 percent discount on sale and non-sale items on November 11 and 12.

Amy Simeri-McClellan, senior vice president of Martin’s Super Markets shares why the company decided to do this event.

“We are honored to serve our local veterans, who have given so much to our country, on this very special day of recognition,” said Simeri-McClellan. “We also recognize our employees who have served.”
