Maryland juvenile faces charges of beating toddler to death

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Md. – A 12-year-old boy faces murder charges in Maryland.
He's charged in connection with the beating death of a 2-year-old foster child. The little girl was staying with the boy's family.
Officials say there were no adults home, at the time of the beating.
An autopsy yesterday confirmed the child died of blunt force trauma. Officials say the 12-year-old is charged as a juvenile.
He's being held at a youth detention facility.
