May ‘First Fridays’ celebrates South Bend’s Fringe Festival
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Downtown South Bend is celebrating this month’s First Fridays by joining festivities for the city’s first Fringe Festival.
The South Bend Civic Theatre’s Fringe Festival, from May 6-9, is a celebration of quirky and eclectic entertainment, featuring seven venues, 28 artists, and 107 performances.
A free preview stage will be located on Michigan Street and the 200 block will be closed for distanced dancing, vendors, a beer garden, and a Studebaker Car Show.
The Downtown South Bend Architectural Walking Tours are also returning for the summer, with the first happening on May 7. For more information, click here.
