Mayor Buttigieg gives Administrative and Financial Address to Council

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg will give his annual Administrative and Financial Address to the South Bend Common Council Monday evening.
He will address the city's financial health and the 2019 budget priorities.
