Mayor Dick Moore to present his plan at annual State of City speech

ELKHART, Ind. -- Right now, the Mayor of Elkhart is getting ready for his 5th annual State of the City speech.
Mayor Dick Moore will present his plan on Wednesday night at the Lerner Theatre.
The address starts at 7 p.m.
It is open to the public.
