It's a big deal in South Bend, with Mayor James Mueller renaming Jefferson Boulevard to St. Patrick's Boulevard, the street where the 24th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will begin at 11 a.m. this Saturday.
Right by Howard Park, it's just one of the many events happening downtown this weekend.
"So, if you're in the mood for corned beef and cabbage, we got you covered if you're in the mood for Irish music and dancing, we got you covered in the mood for Guinness green beer. Again, something for all ages," said Willow Wetherall, Executive Director of DTSB.
