Memorial Hospital: Notre Dame student upgraded to fair condition

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC 57 News has an update on a Notre Dame student, who fell three stories from his apartment balcony.
21-year-old, Marcus Garcia suffered severe head injuries and had to undergo facial reconstructive surgery.
Police say he accidentally fell last Thursday, at Eddy Street Commons.
There was some good news on Wednesday evening. A Memorial Hospital spokesperson said he has been upgraded to fair condition.
