Menominee, Mich. spring carnival covered in snow

MENOMINEE, Mich. — One town's spring festival in Michigan looked more like a winter festival.
Snow plows had to work hard for the people in Marinette County.
Saturday starts their annual spring carnival, but all of the rides were completely covered in snow.
So far, not a single ticket has been sold.
Just in case people feel like bracing the cold, workers at the carnival will be de-icing all of the rides.
