MERS patient released from hospital

MUNSTER, Ind. --- The first person in the U.S to be treated with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) has been released from the hospital.
The Indiana Department of Health says the patient was released Friday from Community Hospital in Munster.
Officials say the patient is fully recovered, feeling better and has tested negative for MERS.
