Messy Halloween

 

Cold and rainy weather continues through Thursday, steady rain, mist or drizzle but the forecast stays damp. Temperatures cool by trick-or-treat time into the upper 30s and snow will begin to mix with rain. Breezy and much colder Thursday night and snow may stick to the grass as lows fall into the upper 20s. Friday is chilly but fair.
