Michiana Crime Stoppers to host shredding event to prevent ID theft
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Michiana Crime Stoppers is hosting a shredding event to help prevent identity theft.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Martin’s Super Market parking lot at Heritage Square in Granger, Indiana.

Crime Stoppers is partnering with Integra Certified Document Destruction to help residents shred sensitive documents to help prevent future victims of personal information theft.
Integra will be available to destroy information on site including CDS for a $10 minimum donation.
Larger donations are appreciated for a larger volume of documents.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted as well as checks made out to Crime Stoppers.
Donations can also be made online through PayPal. Attendees are asked to bring a printed receipt of their donation to attend the event.
All proceeds benefit Michiana Crime Stoppers through rewards offered for information leading to the arrest of felony offenders across Michiana.
