Michigan has 1,137,748 COVID-19 cases, 22,247 deaths

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported 9,313 new cases* of COVID-19, and 65 new deaths**.

*Today's daily case count represents confirmed cases over three days (Saturday, Sunday, & Monday). The average number of new cases is 3,104 per day.

**Deaths announced today includes 29 deaths identified during a Vital Records review. 

The state has a total of 1,137,748 COVID-19 cases, 22,247 deaths,1,002,693 recovered, and 10,208,597 vaccine doses administered***. 

  • Berrien Co.: 17,372 confirmed cases, 309 deaths, 145,598 vaccine doses administered
  • Cass Co.: 6,270 cases, 85 deaths, 34,755 vaccine doses administered
  • St. Joseph Co.:  7,593 cases, 112 deaths, 46,510 vaccine doses administered
  • Van Buren Co.: 8,819 cases, 151 deaths, 74,796 vaccine doses administered
