Michigan Meijer sells contaminated diesel fuel

OXFORD, Mich. — Meijer is issuing an alert to customers about a possible contamination at Michigan stores.

Contaminated diesel fuel was sold at a location in Oxford, Mich. Meijer says that during the fuel delivery, unleaded fuel was mistakenly added to the diesel. 

It is nothing dangerous, but just hazardous to the vehicles affected.

Records show that nearly 100 customers used that contaminated fuel.
