Michigan Rising pushing second Rick Snyder recall effort

MICHIGAN -- A group called Michigan Rising, is scheduled to be in court later this week.

They're pushing to get Gov. Rick Snyder out of office. In court election officials will determine if the group can move forward and start getting signatures against Snyder.

This isn't the first time a group has taken aim at the Republican leader.

A recall effort didn't work out well last year. They couldn’t get the number of required signatures.
