Michigan State Police investigating fire on Ridge Road in Stevensville

STEVENSVILLE, Mich. - Michigan State Police are investigating a structure fire in the 4000 block of Ridge Road in Stevensville Thursday.
The Lincoln Charter Township Fire Department was called to the fire at 5:29 a.m. Thursday morning.
At the scene, crews found a two-story residence engulfed in flames.
Police on scene discovered there was a vehicle in the garage and that there may be occupants in the home.
Crews discovered the floors were collapsed in while trying to get inside through the front door.
By 7:15 a.m., the fire was marked under control.
One victim was found at 11:10 a.m.
Crews had extinguished all hotspots by 2:40 p.m.
The fire is still under investigation.
