Michigan State Police make arrest in 1988 murder

Michigan State Police made an arrest in a cold case from 1988 on Thursday.
Guy Carl Simpson was arrested for his alleged involvement in the 1988 murder of Charles Paul Miller of Bangor, Michigan.
The Van Buren County Prosecutor's Office filed charges of open murder, felony firearms and conspiracy to commit murder.
He was arraigned on the charges in South Haven.
