Michigan state trooper and suspect fall 35 feet

SAGINAW COUNTY, Mich. — A Michigan state trooper fell from a 35-foot overpass while he was trying to catch a suspect.


State police say the trooper tried to pull over a vehicle in Saginaw County, but the suspect continued to drive.


Police disabled the suspect's vehicle with stop sticks and that is when police say the suspect took off on foot.


The trooper grabbed a hold of the suspect just as he going over the guardrail. That is when they both fell 35-feet.


The incident happened November 1.
