Michigan is offering a statewide Tuition Incentive Program that could help as many as 100,000 low-income Michiganders pay for college.
The program could cover a student’s full tuition and up to $500 in fees.
Officials are working to make the program more flexible and generous to help make a difference for thousands more eligible students.
