Mild most the week

Beautiful sunny weather lasts through Thursday, then a much-needed chance of rain Friday. The humidity will stay low through Wednesday then surge Thursday and Friday, with a heat index nearing 90 to end the week. As quickly as the humidity surges, it will fall again for the weekend. Friday is the only chance of rain this week, scattered showers and thunderstorms Thursday night into Friday.

The breezy weather continues Tuesday, leading to more chopping conditions in the afternoon. The best beach day this week is likely Thursday when it will be the hottest and calmest. Prevent drownings and know the lake forecast before you swim.
