Mild weather continues with rain by Christmas Eve

After a pleasant late-December day across Michiana Monday, a few showers could move through overnight. Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s. Tuesday will likely see temperatures head back into the middle 40s, but clouds might be more stubborn compared to Monday. 

Rain is mostly likely on Christmas Eve Wednesday, with showers moving through in the afternoon and evening. Highs will struggle to get very far into the 40s. Some fog is possible heading into Christmas Day. Most of Christmas will be dry, but fog and clouds will likely stick around for the holiday. Highs will approach 50 degrees, and while it doesn't look to be record setting, highs will still be above normal. Rain showers will return to start off Friday. 

Tonight: A few rain showers possible. Low 38.

Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy and mild. High 46.

Wednesday (Christmas Eve): Cloudy with rain showers in the afternoon and evening. High 43.

Thursday (Christmas Day): Cloudy and mild. High 52. Rain returns late at night.
