Minority Health Coalition Annual Health Fair & Back-2-School event August 2

Minority Health ELKHART, Ind. -- Minority Health Coalition is hosting their Annual Health Fair and Back -2- School event Saturday, August 2 at the Tolsol Center in Elkhart from 9 am to 2p.m
The event offers free health screenings, including vision exams, lead testing, blood pressure, glucose screenings, adult and childhood immunizations, vaccinations, and more. There will also be backpacks for school-aged children, first come, first served.
