MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Department of Health on Monday reopened the County Services Building on Lincolnway West in Mishawaka to provide greater access to health services for Michiana residents.
Through the services provided by the clinic, you will have access to Vital Records, which includes Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Paternity & Genealogy records and Mail Requests.
Vital Records are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.
The Mishawaka location will not offer paternity or corrections to applications. Applications or payments will not be accepted after 4 p.m.
Immunization services will also be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The clinic will offer a full range of vaccinations.
“In an effort to better serve the needs of the residents of St. Joseph County, we will be re-opening our Mishawaka location in January of 2020,” said Interim Health Officer Mark D. Fox. “Our goal is to increase access to these needed services.”
