Goshen City Council amends DORA rules amid community concerns
ST JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Students at Mishawaka High School are on a two-hour delay Tuesday because of a small fire in the school.
According to school officials, the incident started when a motor that generates heat to part of the library caught on fire in the ceiling.
The delay only impacts high school students.
