Mishawaka man accused of muder will stay in jail

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A Mishawaka man accused of killing his wife will stay in jail.

A judge is not going to let Tarrance Lee out on bond. Murder charges do not allow bond.

His attorney argued that he should get bond because there is no body.

But Winston's family objected.

"Thank God, the family felt very relieved that they got victory today and we feel we will have victory when the trial comes too," said Reverend Derrick Gene Weaver.

Lee is charged with killing his wife, Trina Winston, in August. Her body has never been found.

His request for a speey trial was also granted. Lee's trial is set to start Nov. 13.
