SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A Mishawaka man was sentenced to 35 years in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release after he pleaded guilty to Production of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography in US District Court on Thursday. 

According to court documents, 33-year-old Jonathan Alan Peters, of Mishawaka, took photographs depicting images of child sexual abuse material.

"He then distributed the images to other people on the Internet," authorities said.

"The investigation revealed he possessed 110 images and 29 videos which depicted child sexual abuse material."
