Mishawaka neighborhood fililng lawsuit over Capital Avenue project

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A St. Joseph County neighborhood is filing a lawsuit against the state.
They're upset about a large construction project. The big problem is the entrances into the area at Capital Avenue, near the bypass in Mishawaka.
The lawyer representing homeowners says the plan to permanently close two of three entrances just won't work.
Only one road would access 77 homes. We talked to INDOT and officials say they're working with the state, county and neighborhood to come up with a resolution.
