Mishawaka Police officer involved in crash

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A Mishawaka Police officer and another vehicle were involved in a crash in the parking lot of the Meijer store on Grape Road on Tuesday around 4:45 p.m.
Mishawaka Police said the officer was responding to a call of a person down in the parking lot.
The officer and a vehicle collided.
There were no injuries in the crash.
