MISHAWAKA, Ind. – A new restaurant in Mishawaka called “Absolutely” has opened after undergoing renovations and a name change.
The restaurant was originally “Roc’s Bar and Grill” in downtown Mishawaka.
Roc’s was bought and then remodeled by the new owner, Jim Sellenburg.
Sellenburg, a music producer, is from South Bend but lives in Tennessee. He says he wants to bring the Nashville music scene to Michiana.
They restaurant will serve draft beer and they plan to offer locally brewed beer.
