MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Mishawaka’s farmer’s market is opening back up for a third consecutive year on Sunday.
The market will be located at the Ironworks Plaza next to the Mill apartment complex.
Officials say vendors will have a wide variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables available.
Breads, baked goods and some new additions will also be on site for purchase.
“We’ve got some youthful entrepreneurs this year too, some kids selling firestarters for when you have fires at home, bath bombs and then also a young baker, so we’re also excited to incorporate some young talent into the market this year,” said Brittini Gendron of Mishawaka Parks and Recreation.
The market will be open every Sunday through September 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
