Missing 43-year-old found safe

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Kindra Richardson, a 43-year-old who was reported missing on July 15, has been found safe, the South Bend Police Department announced.
The Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon that Richardson had been found and was safe.
