Missing woman from South Bend found safe

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The woman reported missing from South Bend Monday has been found, the South Bend Police Department reported.
Ruth Gerder was reported missing Monday afternoon after last being seen around 2 p.m. in the 1700 block of S. Taylor Street.
The South Bend Police Department posted on Facebook that Gerder was found and is safe.
