ELKHART, Ind. -- Church Community Services will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Elkhart on Monday.
This clinic will offer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine from 11 a.m. to noon for walk-in appointments only.
Church Community Services is located at 907 Oakland Avenue in Elkhart.
Anyone attending this clinic must wear a mask and be 18 or older.
This clinic will be provided by the Elkhart County Health Department.
