Mom launches program promoting kids to play alone without supervision

NEW YORK -- In New York one mom is launching a revolutionary program for kids.

It's called “Free Range Parenting.” The program involves getting kids to play alone outside with no supervision.

The mom launching the unique program charges $350 for eight 90-minute sessions and leaves them in Central Park

Not everyone is on board. Critics worry about the safety of young kids being left to fend for themselves.

This mom said she has the kids in Central Park because it happens to be the safest precinct in New York City.
