Monday marks last day for state fair stage victims to except settlement

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Monday was the last day for victims of the Indiana State Fair stage collapse to accept a settlement from the state.

Currently 36 people have accepted the offers and signed releases. That includes the estates of the seven who died in the collapse.

Last week offers went out to 65 people ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.
