Money raised for Sandy Hook shooting set to be given to victims

NEWTOWN, Conn. -- Since the tragic events of the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting, $7 million has been raised to help the families who were victims. 

It is been almost 8 months since the deadly massacre and the Newtown Sandy Hook Community Foundation will hold a public hearing to talk about how to give out of the money.

Recipients include families who lost loved ones, families whose children were directly affected, and  two teacher aids who were shot and survived.
