Monroe Primary locked down for a short time

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Monroe Primary Center was on locked for a short time on Thursday.
Police and K-9 unites were in the area looking for a burglary suspect around noon. The suspect was not found. The locked down was lifted around 12:30 p.m.
