Moo-tivated for free food at popular restaurant chain

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- What goes moo and tastes like chicken?

It's the Chik-Fil-A cow and for those who were "moo-tivated" to dress up like one, got free food at Chik-Fil-A.

Chik-Fil-A's across the country celebrating "Cow Appreciation Day."

At the Chik-Fil-A on Main Street in Mishawaka said they had people coming in all day to cash in on the offer.

Teresa Slask brought her nieces and grandkids to the restaurnt on Main Street.

"They really had a fun getting their costumes together and doing their polka dots. And after that, they knew to come and eat Chik-Fil-A which they always love,"Slaski said. "And then they knew that they were going to get a surprise treat afterwards because since we didn't have to play for food, we could pay for ice cream."

The deal lasts all day. The store closes at 10 p.m.
