We continue our streak of 90 degree days this week. This evening temperatures will be in the 90s through around 8 p.m. Overnight it will drop to a low around 71.
Slightly warmer temperatures are expected as we head through this week. Tuesday's high is 93. Wednesday and Thursday both have a high of 94, but with increased humidity, it could feel closer to the 100 degree mark.
Each afternoon has a chance for a few isolated pop-up showers or thunderstorms this week. More widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected Thursday evening and during the day Friday.
As we finish the week and reach the weekend, temperatures will finally be closer to normal, with highs in the upper 80s.
