Most miserable cities

Living in Detroit is miserable, according to a new report. Forbes came out with a list of the most miserable cities of 2013, and Detroit topped that list.
The study looked at violent crime, unemployment, foreclosures, taxes, and home prices. Also making the list: Flint, Rockford, Chicago, Warren, Toledo, Cleveland, and Gary.
