Motorcycle crash in Elkhart sends driver to hospital

Elkhart County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a motorcycle crash around 5:30 p.m. Saturday on County Road 142.
Deputies say 48-year-old Kathryn Wilson of Elkhart was traveling east on County Road 142 when her motorcycle went off the side of the road.
According to the report, Wilson tried shifting back onto the road but shifted too far, crashing on the opposite side of the road.
Deputies say Wilson suffered minor injuries including abrasions to the face and arm.
Wilson was transported to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
No citations were issued at the scene.
