Motorcycle driver dies during crash in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH, Ind. – A man is dead after he was thrown from his motorcycle on Maple Road in Plymouth Saturday evening.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 38-year-old Harry Parker Jr. was traveling south on Maple Road, south of 4A Road, on his 2016 Suzuki Motorcycle when he crossed a small bridge.

While on the bridge, Parker lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown from it. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies say Parker was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Alcohol, speed, or drugs did not play a role in this crash.
