Motorcyclist flees traffic stop, charged with Habitual Traffic Violator, Resisting Law Enforcement

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies attempted to stop a motorcyclist with no license plate on Wednesday around 8:56 p.m.
Deputies say the man fled from them but was taken into custody a short time later.
The motorcyclist, identified as 37-year-old John David Hall, told authorities his license status was under Habitual Traffic Violator.
Hall is charged with Habitual Traffic Violator and Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle.
Hall was given a $1,505 bond.
