Muessel Primary Center to boost security

SOUTH BEND — South Bend Community Schools is taking steps to increase security at Muessel Primary Center.
The move comes after a lockdown at the elementary school on Wednesday. Police were called to the site for a robbery just outside of the school.
Now the district is upgrading the school's security system and asking South Bend Police to increase patrols in the area.
