Multi-car accident near bypass sends 2 to hospital

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A four-car crash sent two people to the hospital.
It happened just after 11:30 p.m. Monday near the U.S. 20 bypass and Ironwood Drive in South Bend. Police shut down the westbound lane as crews cleaned up the wreck.
It is back open Tuesday morning. So far no word on the victims conditions.
