Multiple brawls at Indiana High School

LAWRENCE, Ind. -- After somebody sprayed mace in a crowded hallway, teachers at a high school in Lawrence Indiana had a brawl on their hands.

Students who were evacuating got into several fights and police were called in to break them up.

Then, rain forced teachers to take the students into the gym and the fights continued.

“It's scary; he doesn't want to come back to school and I have another daughter that was locked inside the gym and she was scared," said Tamara Ward, parent.

School leaders say they hope creating a dialogue between the parents and their children will help prevent a repeat from happening.
