Multiple South Bend streets to close down for maintenance

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Sections of both Logan Street and McKinley Avenue will shut down beginning on June 1 for sewer maintenance.

Logan Street from Battell Street to Lawrence Street will be closed to repair a sewer.

Detour routes will be Mishawaka Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard via Ironwood Drive.

McKinley Avenue from Greenlawn Avenue to Coquillard Drive will be closed for the installation of a new sanitary sewer lateral.

Detour routes will be Greenlawn Avenue and Ironwood Drive via Jefferson Boulevard.

Both roads are expected to reopen on June 5.
