Murder Suspect at Large

FULTON COUNTY, IND - Indiana State Police say they regrouping in the search for Roy Bell in connection with the death of an 81 year-old Fulton County woman. Police are still looking for Roy Bell. Police said he and his buddies tried to take off running after a police chase that started near the town of monterey and ended in Marshall County. Police want to question them about the death of 81-year-old Wilma Upsall. She was found dead in her Fulton County home, Tuesday night. Jason Miller and William Scroggs were caught and are now locked up.
