Murder trial for Marqisha Thomas pushed back due to court backlogs

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The murder trial for Marqisha Thomas has been pushed back from December 2022 to April 2023 because of court backlogs, according to court documents.

Thomas was supposed to go on trial on Monday.

Pushing it back will give the court time to catch up on other cases.

Thomas is accused of killing her boyfriend, Civon Green, in front of her children on Northside Boulevard on April 18.
