Nearly 1 pound of methamphetamine seized during operation at local motel

During a multi-agency operation at the Red Rock Inn motel on Monday, investigators seized nearly a pound of methamphetamine and arrested a South Bend man, according to reports.
Romel Chambliss, 31, was arrested on one count of dealing in methamphetamine.
UNIT officers along with Plymouth Police, Marshall County Sheriff's Office, Indiana State Police and NET43 conducted the operation.
